Size exchange

We are happy to offer an exchange of size. If you would like a different size from what you have ordered, please fill our Exchange request form and email it to us. Please fill size exchange form only for unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items, with all labels and tags intact.

The size exchange request must be emailed to us within 48 hours of product delivery and we would be happy to process the same.

The shipping cost for the exchanged outfit will be borne by the customer, and will need to be paid to us before the item pickup. The Courier charges for return to our address, and back to your address would cost approx. INR 200.

For the size exchange, we are able to arrange a return pickup from the same address as the outfit was delivered on. For some remote locations, we may not be able to get the product picked up from your address, and you will be required to send it to our location in Delhi.

In case, the same outfit will not be available in your desired size, we will offer store credit for you to choose another outfit.

Damaged/wrong product

Before dispatching, we ensure that each product is checked for quality, and thereby will not be damaged.

In case, you receive damaged/wrong/missing product, it is only possible that it has happened in-transit. In such a situation, we require an unboxing video clearly showing the damage/wrong/missing item while the pack is being opened. This helps us as a proof, and we can use the video to get the shipping partner to pay for the damages.

Please get in touch with us over whatsapp with the clearly visible unboxing video to assist you with the same.

In case you do not have an unboxing video, or your video does not clearly show the damages or wrong items, we regret to inform you, but we will be unable to process any return or exchange.

Being a small business, we do not offer any exchange/return/refund other than just exchanging the size.

Order Cancellation

In case you wish you cancel your order, we request you to do so within 48 hours of order confirmation. We would be unable to accept the cancellation after that, as our order may be dispatched in that period.
The paid amount will be available as store credit, and we would be unable to return it in case of a cancellation.
